YouTube was founded after a dinner party !!!!

YouTube was founded by Chad Hurly, Steve Chen and Lawed Karim, who were all employees of PayPal. Hurley and chen had experienced difficulty sharing videos that had been shot at a dinner party at Chen's apartment in San Francisco, as Karim did not attended the party and denied that it had occurred and this was the motivation and cause for todays YouTube.

The first video to ever be uploaded to youtube isn't a classic by means. Shot by Yakov Lapitsky at the San Diego Zoo it shows co-founder Jawed Karim in front of the elephant enclosure going on about long trunks. It has racked up a very healthy 11,103,462 views since its online debut on April 23,2005 and you can still view the video Me at the zoo.

The most viewed video of all time is the classic "Charlie bit my finger", with an astounding 525,826,692 with 1,040,348 likes and 150,830 dislikes.

Her road to success was not a cake walk for her, she came from a place which was suffering extremely from poverty and ridden with crime. Over population, drug trafficking, unsanitary conditions, malnutrition were at their peak. In order to pay for her school books, she often collected recyclable trash that had been dumped in the streets.

Today she is the CEO of Brazilian mamoth Petrobas ( major oil-gas company in the world) with revenues over $130 billion which produces 91% of Brazils oil and 90% of its natural gas with over 82,000 employees.

Despite her fame and wealth, she continues to live in apartment, she chooses to travel by taxi, rather than own a car. she is easily recognized and popular with local drivers, who always greet her with a smile, In spite of her ability to afford luxuries that would reflect her standing in the country's social, political and professional circles.

It was not easy to get to where i am. My challenge is to learn to deal with the jokes that are common among men that i heard and continue to hear sometimes among men.

Hey! What was your dream yesterday?

The human brain is responsible for many complex creations, every night your consious mind shuts down and every morning you wake up, ready for a brand new day.

But while the conscious part of your mind shuts down, your brain remains very much active throughout the night. Part of this brain activity generates what can sometimes be extremely vivid and even haunting images during the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep – what we know as dreams and nightmares.

Humans tend to have around 3 to 7 dreams a night. We dream around 2 to 3 hours in a whole night, the most interesting fact is 90% of the dream is lost the first minute we wake up and Men tend to dream about men more than women, and women dream about people of both genders.

Ever since humans have existed we have wondered why we dream. Some like Sigmund Freud speculated that dreams were manifestations of our unfulfilled and repressed desires, while others believe that dreams are simply a side effect of our brain’s activity in REM sleep.
According to Harvard psychologist Deirdre Barrett, at least part of the reason we sleep is to process the thoughts and problems that trouble us during our waking hours. Barrett’s theory posits that the illogical aspects of dreams and the vivid visual images we experience during our dreams provide a way to process the kind of out-of-the-box thinking that isn’t possible during our usual reality.
